Privacy Policy

Last updated: January 6, 2026

Supreme LSAT provides private LSAT tutoring services. This policy explains how we handle your information.

What We Collect

When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and details you share about your LSAT goals. We may also collect information through follow-up forms or during consultations, which we store in our customer management system. When you visit our website, we automatically collect technical information like your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and how you found us. Our test date calculator uses AI to provide personalized recommendations; the information you enter is processed but not stored.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to respond to your inquiries, provide tutoring services, contact students about scheduling and sessions, send updates about our services (with your consent), improve our website, measure whether our advertising is effective, and help people learn about our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Tools We Use

Google Analytics tracks how visitors navigate our website—which pages are popular, where traffic comes from. Google Ads places a cookie when you click one of our ads, so we can see which ads lead to consultations; you can adjust your ad preferences in your Google Account Settings. Reddit Pixel helps us understand how visitors from Reddit interact with our site; you can manage this in your Reddit privacy settings. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use our site through heatmaps and session recordings, helping us spot when things are broken so we can fix them; Clarity automatically masks sensitive information and honors Do Not Track browser signals, and you can opt out at Microsoft's privacy dashboard. Google Tag Manager coordinates these tools and doesn't collect personal data itself.

Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some site features may not work properly without them. To opt out of Google Analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Who We Share With

We share information only with service providers who help us operate (like Calendly for scheduling), advertising platforms to measure ad effectiveness, and legal authorities if required by law. Some of our service providers are located outside Canada (primarily in the United States), meaning your data may be processed under foreign jurisdictions.

Your Rights

You can request to see, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing us. We'll respond within 30 days. We respond to Do Not Track browser signals through Microsoft Clarity. For Canadian residents: You have rights under PIPEDA to access and correct your information. You can file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if needed.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services and for legal or tax compliance purposes. After this period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Data Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure connections (HTTPS) and reputable third-party services with their own security protections.

Children

Our services are for adults preparing for law school. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post changes here with a new date.
